ABOUT
Who I Am
I take pride in having multiple thriving careers.
Bartholomew Perez
A first-generation Latino born to immigrant parents of low socio-economic status, my parents did the best they could to provide for my siblings and I. My 5th grade teacher, Ms. McKiver, suggested I be enrolled in gifted programs, but I was apparently "too old" by then. Had my parents known this sooner my trajectory may have been different?

I made it out of my childhood avoiding drugs, gangs and crime.

At 17, I left home for University, close enough to home. The moral of my story, my parents did the best they could and it was/is up to me to fulfill my vision.

My mission: establish generational wealth and live every day as if my possibilities were limitless.
The Engineer
2011: I was faced with the decision of majoring in engineering or business for my undergrad. I played it safe with engineering thinking I could figure out business on my own.

2015: I earned my Bachelors. in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge (CSUN).

2020: I earned my Masters in Architecture-based Enterprise Systems Engineering from UC San Diego.

2022: I earned my Professional Certificate in Electronic Warfare Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Engineering was a great decision to begin a career and being a wealth portfolio. I do not look back on this decision because as a child to immigrant parents of low socio economic status, playing it safe was important to me.
The California and Florida Realtor
Real estate excites me! I love to make homeownership possible, finding the best deals for my clients. Along the way, I cannot forget about myself in being my own representation on all my personal deals.

As of September 2024 I've achieved a +$10M sales volume. This number continues to grow between California and Florida.

I've been licensed in CA since 2018 and licensed in FL since 2022. I intend on becoming licensed in one other state, income tax friendly of course.

When I got started I interviewed several brokers. eXp Realty stood out for being the most innovative cloud-based brokers listed on the NYSE.

I thank adversity for getting me where I am today and it was the difficult moments that helped propel me to these moments.
